Our nationwide network of mobile service engineers provide roadside assistance with immediate response to breakdowns being organised, controlled and monitored by our dedicated service controller.  Having access to their own fully stocked van and are fully manufacturer trained for all of the municipal vehicles we offer.

Our out of hour's emergency number is available 24/7/365,and provides roadside assistance for hydraulic hose repairs, windscreen repairs and puncture repairs. 

Our service management team possess a high level of specialist sweeper experience and expertise unrivalled in the sweeper rental market. 

To maintain the standards across service and repairs we apply 'Key Performance Indicators' for both machines and engineers which are compiled from analysed collected data.  This data, drawn from engineer service response times, first fix percentages, return to service times, service hours, maintenance hours and costing's are fed back to engineers on a regular basis and serves to improve their performance levels.
